The 2025 Navy Family Housing Tenant Satisfaction Survey is an opportunity for Sailors who live on base to share their opinions on their homes. Responses provide leadership with insight into resident satisfaction and may be used by Congress to provide oversight and accountability. You may learn more by reading Commander, Navy Installation Command’s letter to Public-Private Venture (PPV) Housing, Family Housing (FH), and Unaccompanied Housing (UH) residents. Every response helps to strengthen the overall result of this effort by capturing the unique and varied experiences of tens of thousands of Sailors stationed around the world.
“The survey results will help inform plans for near-term and future improvements to housing, resident services and community amenities.” - W. Jordan Gillis, former Assistant Secretary of Defense for Sustainment.
Taking the Survey
The 2025 Navy Tenant Satisfaction Survey ended on 1 May 2025.
Personnel living with dependents in Government-Owned/Leased Family Homes or PPV Family Homes should expect an email after the survey start date. Please follow the instructions provided within the invitation. If you are a resident of government-owned/leased family homes or PPV family homes and did NOT receive an invitation, please go to https://navy-survey.rdniehaus.com/accompanied and enter your information to submit a provisional survey response.
